In addition I may choose to delete any user with a random name or one that appears to be an advertisement for SPAM even if the words are not in the list.
It is not possible to block all words that could be used without blocking legal ones as well.

So if you have a name that may look odd to me you may wish to tell me not to delete you, or set your age since SPAMMERs do not do that.

I banned email hosts with 'sex' in the host name as likely porn spammers.
If anyone knows a legit use of such hosts please inform me

Good idea but what if some one comes up with a name like MM_Sex_Slave = Minerva Mink Sex Slave.....

I mean there are a few names I can think of off the top of my head that can use a few of the banned words...  Now I agree that names with such phrases like download, Casino, Credit, Diet, Sport, etc...  but I know that a name like Mink_Money_Maker would be a legit name as in Mink ass (Money maker = ass)  But thats just me  lol.  I am not trying to rock the boat but banning certain words from user names is risky business.  but such is life Cheesy

I also banned 'download' in email host name

I am deleting and banning anyone using email hosts that have names clearly associated with spamming
I am deleting and banning anyone using user names that are clearly associated with spamming
I check and often delete accounts with random looking names and emails that join but dont read anything

Its getting hard to manage all the spambots anymore, I may have to upgrade and skip some of the code mods. At least I can make it harder for spammers that way.

LEET spellings should not be used on domains but who knows

Please do not use bad language in user names as this Forum has underage visitors!
I have deleted multiple accounts with such names, but I do not want to set autoblocks as it could block legit names in other languages.
Thus I must screen names myself

Notice: If anyone sees a name they think is offensive or inappropriate for the Forum please PM me so I can check into it.
